A Structured Approach To Board Composition and Succession
The Terms of Reference of the Nomination Committee set out the committee's role in reviewing board composition, recommending suitable candidates, overseeing succession planning and assessing the effectiveness of the Board and its committees. This framework supports a formal and transparent nomination process while helping to ensure that the Board remains balanced in terms of skills, experience, independence and diversity, in line with the group's governance objectives.
