Setting the Standard for Board Suitability
Our Directors' Fit and Proper Policy provides a transparent and rigorous basis for the appointment and re-election of Directors. It guides the Nomination Committee and the Board in assessing whether candidates possess the character, integrity, competence, relevant experience and time commitment required to discharge their responsibilities effectively. In doing so, the policy helps ensure that the Board remains appropriately qualified to support the group's governance standards and long-term direction.
